Unfulfilled order on advertised Combo Canvas Deals

Ordered the 5 canvas Combo Deal x 2 on 15 December 2017 through Daddy's Deals. Duly forwarded photographs to be used. Received 2 A4 canvas prints (part of the combo) during January 2018. Requested when rest will follow on 19 January 2018 - no response. Requested again on 27 March 2018 when rest will follow - no response. Order 1170. Ordered the 5 canvas Combo Deal x 5 on 4 December 2017 through Daddy's Deals and have not forwarded any photographs as yet as I am waiting for first order to be fulfilled. Order 1098. The payment on Order1170 was R621 and the payment on Order1098 was R1035.
