Have not received the orders placed

I bought a combo deal on the 16th August and the 21st August and have not received the canvases as yet. I have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails to Peter he has not responded to any of my emails. A month has passed already and on their special I was advised that it will take 10-14 working days for my order to be delivered, I paid for those canvases so can CANVAS 24 deliver if you guys are failing to deliver then can I HAVE MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
