DISSATISFIED SERVICE

<p>I purchased this deal from DADDY DEALS on the 3.11.2016. It was for 4 x A3 canvas at the special price. I liaised with the company( above) on the pictures that I required. They stuffed up my order (printed the incorrect pictures)( I have emails to prove all my correspondence) and I then spoke to Peter (Canvas @ 24) and he said that he would print new ones. I then used the special offers that they provided to order another set (1 x A 1 and 1 x A 2 and still ordered another 2 x A 3) - for the life of me I am really not sure why I did that because I should have waited till the corrected prints were resent to me. I sent them an email on the 17th December 2016. I was then told that I would receive my full order ( the replacements plus the new order) by the 19th December. I sent another email to them on the 19th December to confirm if my order would be delivered - I received a reply that the company was closed from the 19th December 2016 to the 9th January 2017 BUT!!! there was a large order that would be delivered by the 21/22 December 2016<br />Today is the 19th January 2017 and have still not received my order. I sent them an e-mail on the 9th January 2017 and the response I got was that they had run out of material for the prints.<br />I am very, very unhappy with this company - Canvas 24 - They glady took my money and up until today have not produced/delivered my order.<br />These were supposed to be Christmas gifts to family members of my late son who passed in July 2016 and to date I still have nothing to show and payment has been made.</p>
