Canvas 24 giving us the run around.

Originally purchased coupon through Daddy's deals then only to find out that they dont deal with Canvas 24 anymore. I contacted canvas 24 and they were gladly accept my order direct and honour the order. This is where the problems start.... I have been contacting Peter on ********** 580 and via email. We made payment via EFT. Sent the proof of payment several times to him via email and all we get is excuses. He is waiting for payment, when payment has been made. Then he is not sure whether order is ready, but could be ready and will confirm via email. After many emails and calls he promised to email me today. I waited till after 4pm and still no email received. I called him and he says that "I Have a life" and that he has left work already. I am starting to wonder if this is a ****.
