A year later still no canvasses

I bought 6 coupons for a special. After numerous emails and asking and explaining the sizes and photos. I recieved half of the order most of it wrong sizes. Everytime inquire I must send the order again so they can work on it! A year later and I am still waiting. My friend ordered 6 sets she have not recieve 1 canvas. Take note everything was paid for in advance.
