Cantu Shea Butter Leave-in Conditioner destroyed my hair and damaged my scalp. I purchased it on the 20 Jan 2025. After reporting it to Clicks on 18 Feb 2025 for a cash refund and showing the manager the damage it caused to my hair, they could not assist me as I had discarded my receipt even though they had proof of my purchase when they checked my Clicks Club Card. I had to take an antibiotic and cortisone steroids because my scalp, forehead, neck and ears became infected and started bleeding and oozing pus. My hair has since broken off and fallen out. I never had issues with my edges as I had healthy hair. Now my hairline is receding and I have pics of all the damage. I suggested to the manager that I try to contact Cantu, and I also sent Clicks customer care an email on the 18th of February. Will see if anyone contacts me
