Horrible

I found this place after a very long search to have my best friends bachelorette at, I was told it is suitable, very vibey and that we will have the best time, we got there at 8 and the place was dead, we were the only table, the waiters were sitting and eating in our set up booth, and not once introducing themselves. The music was one toned and very terrible after I complained 3 times, we paid for a package and a booth and the service we were offered was **********. We had to call them 3 times to assist in taking our drink orders as the waiters were having their own party at the bar. No one even actually knew who the manager was as I spoke to 3 different managers, all of them telling me they were the only manager there for the night. I then asked if we could have a refund as we had a horrible time and by 10 we were still the only table with terrible music playing an no assistance. We were forced to stay and eat the food after I told the manager (one of the many) that we were not interested. The bride was unhappy and I then ended up going home and not even spending the evening with her as I did not have any remaining funds to join her somewhere else. The manager could not even offer to at least assist with my refund so I could pay for entrance somewhere else. I did not even receive an apology for the poor service after complaining, all the manager kept telling me is to be patient until they get fuller later. We already had no service being the only table, so I can not think that it would have gotten any better.

I have still not received any feedback in regards to the refund, and I was promised it would have been done on Monday.
