Avoid CanScience: Elderly Cancer Patient Left Without Critical Treatment Products – No Delivery, No Support
An elderly cancer patient about to start radiation paid for critically needed medical products with a promised 3–4 day delivery. Two weeks later: no delivery, no communication, no response to complaints (other than a bot promising action but no follow-up), and no working contact number. This resulted in last-minute stress and anxiety, forcing the elderly patient to urgently source the required products elsewhere the day before treatment, at almost twice the price. This is not just poor service, it’s reckless when people depend on these products for critical care. Avoid CanScience if your need is time-sensitive or health-related. Completely unreliable.
