Parts fall off canopy within a week.

In August 2015, I had the complete rear glass door replaced on my AndyCab canopy by Canopy King Pinetown. Firstly, I paid for a complete rear glass door, including struts, frame, lock mechanism. However Canopy King decided to keep all my old hardware and refused to return it. This is theft.<br> <br> Within a week, the door handle fell off. I contacted Canopy King and after three weeks, they did nothing about it. When I contacted Canopy King again , they said they would post me an allen key and I could refit the handle myself. This is their attitude.<br> <br> Zero after-sales service from Canopy King Pinetown, absolute arrogance, complete lack of ethics and common decency. <br> <br> There is no back up for AndyCab canopies in KZN, and the Andy Cab national manager (Derek) will not even respond to emails. Their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.
