Why did Canon have to buy OCE

<p>Why did Canon have to buy OCE?? Biggest mistake ever. We had the best service and after sales from OCE and now when we need new cartridges and consumables for our OCE plotter, one does not even know where to start to buy them. After phoning a few Canon phone numbers you get to the right department and then the sales people do not know what you want to buy afetr giving them part numbers and details etc. ****ing usless!!!!</p>
