We have your business now service means nothing

We had an telkom adsl connection, Canon proposed that they analyze our spend with the current service provider and come up with a better alternative which I agreed too. Later I was presented with a Neotel network connection proposal which would give us 6mps, I thought of we get to about 4,5-5mps I would be happy. After the first month of installation I have complained about the intermittent connection it has now been a few months of poor connection and all I get is excuses from both Canon and Neotel.
