Terrible service by Canon / Daisy / Asset Fin (whatever they are called)

This business provides no feedback to its clients under contract in respect of printer usage. It also does not return emails and has a poor attitude towards service and its clients. Their management are non-responsive and non-existent. They do not listen to their customers and are oblivious to their needs. I've dealt with quite a few firms in this industry and I never want to work with them ever again.

I strongly recommend anyone looking for printer/PABX and related peripheral services to look elsewhere.
