Sued by Canon unfairly

Without going into detail Canon that represents big business won a court case against me that represents the small fry. Very unfair case - My company name was used so that Canon could make a rental agreement with my brother. I already had a printer from Canon but they agreed to put a second contract on my company name for 3 months until my bother had a legal entity. Long story short they now sued me successfully for the entire contract because THEY failed to change the contract as per the agreement. My bother died in the interim without the contract having been changed into his name. Now I must pay up - They should not have agreed to do this doggy contract in the first place if they were the good company that they claim they are. Funny how big businesses get away with ******. So so unfair
