Shocking Supply

I have ordered certain items for a camera from Canon, one being camera cables.<br> I keep getting told they are on back order, with an approximate delivery date.<br> The date comes and goes, with no stock still available.<br> Despite speaking to both Canon SA and Canon Midrand, I still have not received the goods.<br> The non-supply of the cables is for an export client, who will only pay me once they have received all their goods.<br> Canon don't seem to care.<br> This lack of supply and concern has happened on every single item that I have had to purchase from Canon.<br>
