No service after receiving a voucher

<br> We bought a Canon EOS camera with Makro and the attraction on buying the camera was a voucher for a free A5 24 page Photobook? This happened during December 2014. For more than a year I struggle with Canon SA Photobooks (One Thread) to send me the photo book. I also had to pay the R75 for postage. Do you have a solution for me? All I want is my money on the voucher and postage back
