Kudos to Moses in Customer Support

I purchased a new Canon printer 3540 and I had problems getting my computer to recognise the printer and install it - I called Canon Customer Care and Moses spent the time going through each step and advising me on how to install my computer - he was patient and kind and I was most impressed with the way he handled my query! Thanks Moses you were really great!
