Canoscan LIDE 120

Bought a Canon scanner ( Canoscanner Lide 120). After downloading the software/driver 3 times and uninstalling, there is still one utility I need for my scanner to be able to work (IJ Scan Utility) and it is missing. Did a bit of research and found out that I am not the only one complaining about this. They did reply to one of the complainst with new instruction on the latest update which I tried and to no suprice at all ....it did not work. For the scanner to operate you need to click on the IJ Scan option which is NOT THERE..... so I bought a huge over sized Canon paperweight and not that cheap either :-(

What a disappointment.
