Canon U Suck u *****! Worst Printer Ever

<p>Good day. I bought a canon pixma mx494 printer that never worked as advertised.</p> <p>Its advertised to print via bluetooth, supposed to work wirelessly, what a crock. Once setting was done on wireless it couldnt print via usb either. I downloaded the software from their official website that didnt help either. </p> <p> </p> <p>Im absolutely ****ed off that no one from canon cared to ever assist. Ive left my details with the store on a multitude of occasions. ****tiest sservic, bunch of ***** and stop advertising lies. If it says direct wifi then thats what it should do. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ive visited the store 6 times as it is to resolve this. Will you be covering my expenses incurred to get your product fixed Canon?</p> <p> </p> <p>Game, your employee Brandon Govender, computer dept is an absolute star- conflict resolution, problem solving and the best customer service experience ive had. Give that man a Bells. Canon you should have employed Brandon then you might not have had these issues.
