Canon the invisible ink specialist

<p>I bought a printer just over a year ago, when the ink had been used up I went to purchase a new cartridge, could not find at any store the new size is available tho. So my understanding is once ink is finished throw your printer away and buy a new 1 if you use generic warranty falls away. The original ink in my printer leaked out and the printer kept giving errors replaced the ink with generic because thats all i can find and still was not printing the service centre will not repair it under warranty and the price to repair is almost the price I paid for the printer further more after it has been fixed how do I print if the ink is not available and generic voids warranty , Canon customer care is no help as well you are transferred from one department to another and no one can give you an answer.Terrible service and no feedback. Canon gets 5 stars in unreliability. </p>
