Canon south Africa Part Serve

We bought a Canon Maxify 2140 last year in Aug 2019 and to my knowledge still under warranty. During Lock down level 5 it broke all the businesses were close and couldn't return it to HI fi Corp. I emailed Canon South Africa wivh they reply that we need to bring in the printer which we did. Got a quote back we must pay for new print head new printer R1890 repair they charge Over R3000because we were using generic please see photos I am very disappointed and also when we bought the printer we sent in the voucher of 200 which we never received. I'm very disgusted with Canon will Def not buy their products ever again *** Amanda Engelbrecht
