Canon SA couldn't care

As a professional photographer I rely heavily on Canon's ability to provide not only service but also professional products. Canon SA fails at both! There is absolutely NO service on pro equipment, they use third party vendors who do more damage than good! I have now tried 3 times to purchase a Tilt Shift lens at R24 000!! Canon does not keep stock of this lens and it is a HUGE headache for them to import it. I have lost 3 clients because of Canon's PATHETIC service! The managers at Canon is more concerned about getting the latest toys for themselves than what they are to look after their users!
