Canon Printer - Always has a problem

Bought the canon MB2300 printer in November 2015, wth the advice from a sales guy that its a good printer to use for a small business.. Only to find out that its the worst printer to use for business.. Its slow, always has missing drives, inks runs out fast, cant even fax, cant print more than 10 pages back to back, now my scan drives are apparently missing and the cd is no help.. big sigh...
