Canon does not stand by their product!

Bought a Canon printer via Incredible Connection. At first, it worked fine then the print got blurry. Unuseable! Incredible Connection said it was a warranty claim (4 months old) so I had to take it to PartServe - surely one of the most unfriendly and useless repair centres on the planet. So - no printer, no idea if I'll get it back. Don't buy a Canon - they don't stand by their product!
