Canon Cash Back Promotion ........ **** **** ****!!!

The Canon Cash Back Promotion seems to all be one big ****. My mum in law had been to Makro Springfield in June this year and was pushed into purchasing a Canon Printer as they were running a promotion. I have been assisting her in processing her cash back claim and we have been waiting for the cash back since June. We had sent through all necessary information and have all email correspondence. When I call the Canon offices, nobody who works there seems to know about this promotion. Its so frustrating having to call a company and be transferred from person to person and they all are so confused.
