CANNON SA - WORST SERVICE EVER!

Wow!! One would think that with the current state of business in this country with Covid-19, that those who are still in the fortunate position to have a job.... that they will actually do it.

I have been on the phone to Cannon SA about x10 times this morning, purely for some technical information. I am selling a large format printer Cannon ipf8400 to a client that owns a Water Company. She wants to print her own labels for her water bottles the MAIN QUESTION IS: The machine comes with a ***ment Ink (That smears off once exposed to any moisture) is there a different ink that one can use to make it stick and not smear off once exposed to moisture???

I have spoken to so many agents - and none of them seems to know who should be the one that have the actual knowledge on their product???????

I have left my details and x2 email addresses this morning, and no one can even email you anything or direct you as to where and go and look for it yourself.

What a SHOCKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
