Cannon printer

<p>My contrac with cannon potchefstroom is not a good experiance. From the first day I am having problems of printer working not propperly. ( I did not keep record of the times I logged a call. But it will be in there job log books, I hope.) They could not connect my fax to the telcom line, I had to let it be done by someone els,, they did not install my printer correct, as it could not scan, did it myself. They did not tell me that if I set machine default on both sides print, it count blank pages also. When I ask for my first refill on my inks, they could not find my original contract with them. They sent somebody to sign a new contac. Now my machine is in for repairs, they did not give me a hire unit, wich was prommised in the quoatation. After2 weeks they send a loan unit, but did not connect it to my fax line, I logged a call and they did not respond within 4 hour, wich was also promissed in the quoatation. I am not sattisfied with theyr service at all.</p>
