Broken Wifi printer Sold

I purchased a wifi canon printer from a game store. After connecting yo wifi once ir refused to connect again, no printer function works- it cant print, scan or fax or connect to bluetooth. Ive visited the store on 6-8 occassions and no one has assisted. No canon rep has even bothered to contact me to resolve the issue. Canon and Game massmart store just acknowledge the faulty product i was sold and replace it.
