Bad Service

I have been trying to get quotes from Canon for an external customer of mine. Emails sent to the below remain unanswered. Cameratek - Eric Cameratek - Help Desk ********** ********** My clients purchase Canon as a preferred brand, due to the idea there will be Canon back up service, response and respect of their product. Clearly the Canon agents in South Africa do not strive to give their customer any form of service or have the manners to acknowledge queries. Shocking Canon!
