They don't know their own products. Misleading marketing.

Worst after sales service. Their website is misleading, making it nearly impossible for Mac users to spot compatibility issues. Even their helpdesk is clueless when it comes to compatibility issues. Even after Canon insisted for two days that my G3411 MUST be Mac compatible, they refused to refund/exchange it when it turned out not to be. If the company itself isn't even able to see the information, how must the client see it?
