I just want to share my positive experience and take a moment to thank Eetta Kangume in the call center. Being a technical consultant cannot be an easy job, when people struggle with their devices things can get frustrating and emotions run high and often consultants are on the receiving end of this frustration, but man... I have to hand my highest respect to Eeta, she was so supportive and patience for over and hour to help me resolve my issue. Well done Girl! if only all call center experiences could be like this.
