Company inefficiency and bad service

Moving Our Business to Canon SA seems to have been a terrible idea as a business that rely on printing services. .. Their efficiency in the Nelspruit office and turn around time is terrible 😭😭😭😭 their machines have been giving us issues for about a month now and we are getting stories after stories on servicing it. Mind you we are on contract with them meaning we are paying for services we are not receiving and our business drastically affected... we need urgent response 😤 and a quick solution as business must continue for us... HOW DO WE GET HELP
