Canon Printer G4411

I bought a Canon G4411 in January 2020 from Makro. The printer is supposed to work local wireless network. Every time that I tried to print, the printer lost the settings and it will take me approximately 20 - 30 minutes to get it up and running again. I contacted Canon, which also took half a day to eventually get to send me new software. It still does not work properly. I am extremely disappointed in the product as weel as the support from Canon. I will never buy another Canon printer.
