Bad service and worst experience

Worst customer service ever. My wife bought a printer the Maxify mb2140 and the inkinjections failed but after the warranty. So she bought a second one and same thing happened. The first printer we use the original ink but the ink injections failed and second one we use both the original and not original canon because it is clear to use on them. When my second one was send in under warranty they said warranty is no longer available because of using not original ink. They said it is in the warranty and it does not stand there. My wife and I phone them to clear it up and understand why do the printers does that and it is the same printer same make and same module. The scream and us put the phone in our ear down and say they not going to help us or they are not canon printers. And when asking can I get the number they say they may not. Its not right to get nasty like that and scream on us. They made the worst experience for us and we will not do any more business with them. Worst people ever
