Pro 10s falsely advertised

Rebate response is slow, and not helpful. Canon doesnt even respond on Hello Peter. Nor does canon have a proper helpdesk or service line to get assistance

Printer worth 10k, pixma pro 10s , only works on canon products. But no where does it say it will only work on canon papers. It offers options for öther glossy paper etc. My older canon printer works ten times better! its a canon desktop inkjet printer 2800 series

I wonder how I'm suppose to send this heavy **** back, If I can't even get through to them!!
