CANON - No Service - purely money driven

We have 3 machine with Canon financed through there finance house, Asset Fin of which 2 of the machine contracts were negotiated with ownership. I now have a dispute regarding the promises made by Canon's representative Coenie Boonzaaier.<br> <br> Since August 2014 I've been trying to get copies of my original signed contracts and ownership letters. To date I have received some contracts, no ownership letters and a snotty reply from the Sales Manager, Coenie, telling me that the contracts was requested from the Bank and they are waiting on it. In other words, a company like Canon does not keep record of the contracts they signed, neither does Assetfin because they received a good finance rate from a bank for us. I do not believe this!
