3 worthless copiers

Not one of the 3 Canon copiers at Wittedrift High School is in 100% working condition. The one machine has been given problems for nine months but the technicians are unable to fix it. The problems are always blamed on the paper that is used and the latest excuse is that they are waiting for the parts. We feel that we deserve better service. A decent company would at least have provided temporary machines or would have replaced the faulty machines by now. We are paying our rent every month but we are not getting our money's worth for it. Canon should be ashamed of their poor service.
