Kyle went the extra mile

We urgently needed a part for our Suzuki outboard motor. Kyle went out of his way to find the correct part and ensure that we are able to get it in time for our holiday. Excellent service - he made us feel like human beings, not just customers to be fleeced (as often happens these days).
