Not Impressed at all!

Went to get a quote and was told it would be emailed to me. Called the following day because I received nothing from them. Lady at reception said her system is slow so she'll call me back and find out if my quote is ready. She didn't call back and when I made effort, yet again, and called, she never apologized and then told me that the guy who is drawing up my quote is not there today so I'll only get it tomorrow. Poor
