Careless, Unprofessional, Aggressive, *************

I would highly recommend avoiding this company, owned and operated by Herbert. We had a traumatic experience with them when contracting them to fell a tree in our driveway in the beginning of August 2024. Within ten minutes of them working on the tree they dropped a large branch onto our electric fence, damaging the fence and our gate. Mistakes do happen but what ensued was despicable and shone a very bright light on the professionalism of Herbert (rather the lack thereof). Herbert was extremely aggressive, threatening and forced us to prove to him (with our cameras) that they had caused the damage. The exchange was uncomfortable and it took roughly two weeks for everything to be sorted out (cut tree, fix fence - not to same as what it was before incident, split wood and deliver). To top it off when his guys came to deliver the wood we asked them if they had added the necessary poison to ensure the tree died so that the roots would not continue growing. They said they had not. Herbert the next day messaged me insisting we pay (again aggressively) and that he promises they did in fact put the poison. We cannot believe him. You cannot trust this company. It is a pity and a shame that the public needs to deal with such characters. Do your due diligence and take heed of this review.
