Defective Dry Crumbly Greenhouse Pre-Rolls + Zero Accountability – CANNABOZZ Banbury Cross Village

Repeat customer at CANNABOZZ Banbury Cross Village (Northriding). For R40 the value is usually decent. This Monday I bought two Greenhouse pre-rolls. One was fine. The other was completely unusable — zero smell, wouldn’t burn properly, and spilled out as dry dusty crumble (see attached photos). Returned them Wednesday, just 2 days later. I stayed fully respectful the entire time. Staff immediately admitted it’s a known supplier issue with lots of customers complaining. Their response? “Too late.” Hold it over a flame. Or buy his personal stock. Zero care. Zero solutions. No replacement. No refund. Not a personal attack on the sales rep. But this level of indifference on known bad stock is unacceptable. It loses customers and destroys trust. The Banbury Cross Village branch needs to fix their supplier and customer service fast. Think twice before buying cheap Greenhouse pre-rolls here. I know better now.
