No reply from them

I placed an order and paid via direct bank transfer on January 31st 2022. I received confirmation of payment and told that my tackin number will be sent to me within 10 days. Almost a month and they have not rep**** to the qw emails I sent them. There is no contact number and I'm not sure how to get my money back.
