Incomplete plumbing work

Carel Van Der Merwe incomplete plumbing work started in 2017. He promised to come back as soon as we had completed building the septic tank. That was done and we informed him. On the 18th October 2020 @ 10:05 we tried to contact him again and phoned him, SMS him. He sent us a voice call for us to update him on what still needs to be done. That was done.On the 28th October 2020 @ 21:05 another SMS was sent to him and he rep**** @ 21:12 with more promises, that he is "sorry and very busy with big deadline". Lockdown has set him back a lot. We are so drained, disappointed and let down because we paid him more than half the amount he quoted and agreed on. We are still using the bucket system in our bathrooms due to him being dishonest and not meeting his obligation to complete the agreed plumbing work.
