Unhappy Customer
Although there some of there products are cheaper,the availability is appalling, and to top it off the the courier services they use, is very very unproductive and unprofessional. This is now the Online Shopping and Ordering i am talking about.This is not the 1st time I am experiencing this problem.

On availability: we carry a vast range of brands so our customers can find what they need, but that breadth means we rely on stock updates from many suppliers, and when those lag, our site doesn't always reflect reality. That's ours to fix and we're actively improving how quickly our stock levels update so items shown online are always ready to ship. On the courier service: we invest heavily in delivery being a strong part of the experience, so it's disappointing to hear it fell short. We're investigating this with our courier directly.
