Why the wait in the day and age!!!!
Poor communication regarding order updates. Exceptionally long processing time, which is only visible in small print in a different link to ordering process (15-20 days minimum for in stock items on website!!!!). This fact should be front and centre while ordering, I would have gone elsewhere where I wait a week to receive my purchased in stock items.
