Cani rusks

I have beenbuying Cani rusks for the past four years. The Oats and Sunflower seed ones x 500g. The last packet I bought the rusks tasted stale and had lost its crunchiness. I sent them an email on the 3rd May 2021 and then another one on the 12th May 2021 and after still not receiving a response I phoned them and their receptionist Asando said she would get someone to call me back. I am still waiting for a response from them as no one has returned my call. Such poor service in not even coming back to me. Well I just wont be buying their product anymore as there are plenty of other companies out there making rusks. Thank you. Evelyn Bensch.
