Cango Caves Estate had positions advertised for Zipline Operators and Waiters for which I app**** for on 15 October 2018. One of the Owners I believe contated me the 16th and invited me for an interview on 18 October 2018. On arrival for the interview, Me and another gentlement had a very informal interview With a guy by the name Money. We were told by Money that the gone give us a chance on a casual basis first and that we should report for a 7 day training on Monday 22 October. I was very exited for this new venture, especially for the fact that I had no knowledge of zipline and could not wait to start training. Arrived 1h30min early that Monday of excitement. So 8h30 me and the other guy started with training and Money was our trainer. We started off with the harness, how to get in and out of it,names of different parts, etc. Around 1pm that afternoon Money came to us, saying that he is cutting the training short for the day and that I can go home. He will phone me with details of next training day. Money asked the other guy to stay a bit longer to test him in restaurant since he worked in a restaurant before. Its 19 November 2018 today, almost a month later and i have not heard one single word form Mr Money. I declined two other job offers that came same day, wanting to give Cango Caves Estate a chance and show them what Im made off. Money and Owners of Cango Caves Estate is this the way you treat people. Do you at all care about your staff and their wellbeigh. I worked for huge companies previous and I can honestly say that for the 15 years in was in the job marked I have never suffered such abuse. Dont you care what effect such unprofessional behavior have on the person you practised this on. Had Such amazing plans for xmas this year for me sibblings since we had a terrible xmas in 2016 and 2017, losing a parents in those years and xmas eve of all days. Im still unemployed and thank you for putting a stop to my happy xmas. May God bless every staff Member and and Owners of Cango Caves Estate and Zipline.
