Pathetic service

I bought an item that was defective and at first the owners son refused to return the item and advised me it it working when it was not. He has an bad attitude and no respect towards customers. This is the 2nd time that I had an incident with this business. They don't give receipts and when you go back to return the item if it is not working or defective they refuse to assist you. Poor customer service
