CANEWORLD - UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I contracted Caneworld to make bespoke cane furniture for home. Whilst most of the pieces received were in good order and to specification, one piece was much larger than the specification provided and is in fact completely useless. Despite promises by Caneworld to collect, repair and return to the unit to me almost 2 months ago, the unit has still not been collected and the owner, Korrie Broos, no longer responds to communications. Do not ever use Caneworld as their service is abysmally pathetic.
