Excellent service

The family puppy decided that our brand new verandah suite looked tasty and chewed the armrest on two of the chairs. I contacted Builder's Warehouse, where we bought the suite from, and sent photos to them, which they forwarded to the manufacturer (CaneLogix), asking for a quote to repair the two chairs. Allan Savage rep**** that they would collect it from Builder's Warehouse, repair it and return it to Builder's Warehouse. We are so grateful to Builder's Warehouse and Cane Logix for the excellent service, which surpassed our expectations. The chairs are back and look like they have never been a chew-toy for the puppy. In addition, Allan recommended a product from the vet which, once sprayed on the furniture, will prevent the puppy from chewing it again.
