<p>WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. </p> <p>I ordered a solid wood diningroom table which was so badly finished and totally the wrong colour and had to be returned. The second table started to crack on the solid table top and the joints started to part after only 4 months.</p> <p>I had told the Factory Manager, Bobby Warren, that this table was for a covered patio with 3 solid walls around it. and he said it would be perfectly fine. Despite telling me they would refund me once the table was back at their factory - it took months and months and eventually I had to give them a Final Letter of Demand. I paid them a deposit on 19 AUG 2015 and finally received reimbur*****t on 28 SEPTEMBER 2016.</p> <p>Bobby, The Factory Manager imp**** that we had left the table out in the elements. REALLY .... who in their right mind would outlay R8 000,00 for a solid wood custom-made table and leave it out in the elements. Certainly NOT US. </p> <p>This company provide the same wooden diningroom tables to Builders Warehouse outlets.</p>
